In my sports business journey, I've gained substantial experience in brand and athlete partnerships and sponsorship deals. Working with teams and major stakeholders like Nike, Man City FC, PSN (Premier Sports Network), Mizuno, Precision Pro Golf, and more, I've collaborated on events, deals, and partnerships, from initial meetings to pitching ideas and closing deals.
In this project, my goal was to develop a new kit design and implement innovative marketing strategies to raise awareness for colorblindness. My responsibilities included leading the kit design and sponsorship aspects, coordinating game day activations, and introducing new technologies like AI and 3D projection mapping. Additionally, I spearheaded marketing ideas such as the metaverse, interactive displays, and community engagement initiatives like vehicle vinyl wrapping and community murals. I also created the CRS and designed the presentation deck.
This mock campaign, the first stage of a multi-stage effort, aimed to address the additional barriers female athletes encounter. Focusing on menstrual cycle challenges, inspired by events at the 2022 Women's Euros, I led the team, defining campaign purpose and key message, target audience and their profiles, tactics, visuals, timeline, and guerrilla marketing strategies.
